We have always been passionate about design & arts and crafts. Maybe our multicultural background has something to do with it. France and México are full of amazing artists, designers, craftsman and woman. We had the chance to meet amazing people around México in 2019-2020, and we wanted to tell their story…
EN·CONCRETO, a statement of passion
The beauty of the texture, colors and processes of concrete as a material.
Concrete is not simply a material for construction, but a noble material with which, through artisanal processes, decorative or utilitarian pieces can be created with a fresh and authentic design. Through manual work, artisans are responsible for shaping the collection of products offered by the workshop.
For EN·CONCRETO it is important to promote the contact with nature through the different concrete elements that can be manufactured, therefore the video has paid special attention to show certain projects with which Bernardo and Julia have managed to have us confirm the capacity of concrete to integrate into the natural environment in a particularly beautiful way.

Maxine Alvarez, ceramist
Capadocia «These cylinders began as a research project with different lands (from Tapalpa, Mazamitla and Zacatecas) and evolved into a whole project of aesthetic experimentation. A combination of cylindrical shapes in different pastes, heights, colors and enamels have added to create Cappadocia. This ensemble and others are traveling to the pop up: FORT in Vancouver by @janakilarsen. »
It was such a pleasure to work with the Mexican ceramic artist @maxinealvarez to capture the beauty of her pieces.
